Is there a particular game show host that inspires you?
not much. Maybe slightly the price is right,Traditional the price is right?because i loved it when i was a kid [is] interesting. I feel that way too, and I think I look a little Jay Leno-ish when it comes to my chin.
It felt like the 70’s. His name is Brock Stockton. did you come up with that?
I knew this wasn’t me and I didn’t want to be me. God, I forbid anyone to think that I act like that, or that I am completely insane throughout the entire skit. It’s definitely Brock Stockton, not Benny. There were several others. Unfortunately, it didn’t get legal approval, so I probably can’t say now. Brock Stockton, to me he felt real. he’s alive and breathing
He lives somewhere in Palm Springs.
Oh, he’s deep frying in Palm Springs, no doubt.
Anything else to add about our partnership with Visible? there is no simple answer series?
They donated $50,000 to SAGEI really respect you so much. We’re not just doing Pride cash grabs, we’re actually trying to create something meaningful. I feel that we have a lot to learn from older generations, but unfortunately, I think we are witnessing history repeating itself in many ways. It’s truer than ever, but that choice is what makes this campaign so special to me. [It’s] I am very excited because it is very community driven.
How do you feel about this pride? To put it lightly, it’s a dark time.
There is no doubt that this is a scary time to go out and be queer. Therefore, the more public figures and companies there are, the more [and] For the brands that advocate for queer people and support us, now is definitely the time to speak up. If not, I think you are part of the problem too. I’m obviously feeling a little excited.
I am so grateful that this community exists and I feel so honored to be a part of it. This whole experience made me feel that way. The comments I see every day are so scary. And this one is from a white cis man. I know what other comments are about the trans community. At some point it all weighs on your mind and it’s hard to avoid starting to get disappointed in humanity. There are some really great people who I think advocate for us, but this community is going nowhere.
