in a recent interview with E!’s The RundownHayden talked about what it felt like to struggle with postpartum depression and what she wanted you to know when dealing with it.
“I wish I had been more careful,” Hayden admitted, talking about how she initially dealt with the emotions that came with experiencing postpartum depression.
“I thought there was something seriously wrong with me and I was like, ‘I thought Fireball would fix it, of course!'” she said.
“And it didn’t. For a moment it does, but then it all goes from bad to worse.”

Of course, everyone needs help when they are having a hard time. Hayden talks about her own experience and lets others know they need help too.
“I wish someone had told me that it was possible [and] You told me it would be okay if you had your child and you didn’t immediately go, “Oh my God, I love you more than anything in the whole world!”
“It’s fine, it’s nothing out of the ordinary. [your baby] Come out, it’s a blob, and you’re like, ‘Oh, this is the kind of crazy little creation I’m going to love once I get to know you.’
